This powerful film, produced as part of the EFL’s Together Against Racism campaign, captures an open and emotional conversation between Jobi McAnuff and David Prutton. Through honest reflection, they explore the challenges of racial discrimination, underrepresentation in leadership roles, and the importance of allyship in driving meaningful change. Our role was to shape a space where truth could be heard — visually grounded, emotionally led, and made to resonate.
